Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use gokally.ca or request a service from GoKally Service Pro ("GoKally"). Questions: contact@gokally.ca or 647-741-2976.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and verify your email before logging in. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Requests and bookings

Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking. A time is reserved only after GoKally accepts your request or issues its invoice, and you will be notified by email. Exact pickup and drop-off addresses are confirmed privately by live chat or phone after acceptance. Please give accurate details about the task, the location and access, and tell us about anything unusual (heavy, fragile or hazardous items, stairs, parking limits).

Pricing and invoices

Travel is charged at CAD $1.50 per total round-trip kilometre (the outward and return distance together). Labour for moving jobs is charged at CAD $90 per hour for every two movers, and gas is quoted separately; other services may be quoted as a fixed labour amount. HST of 13% is added where it applies. GoKally confirms the billable distance before issuing an invoice, and an issued invoice does not change. GST/HST No. 752241968 RT0001.

Payment

Invoices show a due date. Payment is arranged directly with GoKally; this website does not charge your card.

Cancelling or changing a request

Contact us as early as you can to change or cancel. A request that has not been invoiced can be cancelled, which releases its time slot.

Using the website

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other people's information, send spam or upload anything unlawful. Photos must be JPG, PNG or WebP and relevant to your task. We may limit or close accounts that abuse the service.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
